Dr. Romil Saxena

Dr. Saxena received her medical qualifications from Bombay University, India, including an MBBS and MD in Pathology, before achieving further accreditation as a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists (FRCPath) in the UK.

She has established herself as a notable authority in liver pathology and has contributed significantly to the field through her academic and clinical roles. Dr. Saxena serves as the Director of the Liver Pathology Service and the Medical Director of the Histology Laboratory at Emory University School of Medicine. Her role also includes directing the Gastrointestinal and Liver Pathology Fellowship.
