Dr. Jason Wasserman

Dr. Jason Wasserman is a distinguished pathologist and educator currently serving as a Head and Neck Pathologist at The Ottawa Hospital. He is also an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, University of Ottawa, and a Clinician Investigator with the Cancer Therapeutics Program at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute.  Dr. Wasserman completed his residency in Anatomical Pathology at the University of Ottawa where he served as the program's Chief Resident. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in Head and Neck Pathology at the University of Toronto. In 2018, Dr. Wasserman founded MyPathologyReport.ca, a first-of-its-kind online pathology education resource for patients, which underscores his commitment to improving patient understanding and involvement in their health journey.
