His focus is building flexible, technology-enabled infrastructure that supports high-quality, compliant pathology delivery without heavy capital investment or operational disruption.

Dr. Runjan Chetty
Dr. Chetty leads clinical governance and quality across Diagnexia's pathology network. A highly respected pathologist and academic leader, he ensures rigorous diagnostic standards, subspecialty alignment and consistent peer oversight, giving U.S. laboratories confidence that every case is managed to the highest clinical standard.

Dan Kelly
Dan leads clinical product strategy for Diagnexia's North American operations, working closely with U.S. hospital systems and pathology groups to translate diagnostic capacity challenges into scalable, digitally enabled solutions. His focus is ensuring Diagnexia integrates seamlessly into client workflows, reducing staffing pressure, expanding subspecialty access and delivering operational predictability without disrupting existing lab infrastructure.

Erin Lucas
Erin leads U.S. laboratory operations for Diagnexia, ensuring full compliance with CAP, CLIA, HIPAA and applicable state licensing requirements. With over 20 years of laboratory leadership experience, she is the operational backbone of Diagnexia's U.S. delivery, overseeing quality systems, client onboarding and the day-to-day integration that allows laboratories to expand capacity without adding administrative burden.

Grant Carlson
Grant leads Diagnexia's commercial strategy across the United States, partnering with hospital systems and independent laboratory groups to solve real diagnostic capacity problems. He helps lab leaders move beyond locum dependency toward a more flexible, financially predictable model, one that scales with demand, preserves reporting continuity and protects margins without permanent headcount commitments.

Dr. Hamid Kazerouni
Dr. Kazerouni is a fellowship-trained gynecologic pathologist with extensive clinical and academic experience across North America.
